SMS & Phone Communications Consent
By submitting the contact form on this website and checking the consent box, you expressly agree that Jet Wash H2O may contact you at the phone number you provided — by text message (SMS) and by phone call — including with the use of automated technology.
What you'll receive
If you opt in, we may send you messages and calls related to:
- Confirmation that we received your estimate request
- Free estimate quotes and pricing for the services you requested
- Appointment scheduling, reminders, and updates
- Follow-up about your service or completed work
- Occasional account or service-related notices
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most customers receive between 1 and 8 messages per inquiry or job.
Message & data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Jet Wash H2O does not charge for messages.
How to opt out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To resubscribe later, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (601) 951-6142.
Consent is optional
Your consent to receive text messages and calls is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Jet Wash H2O. You can still request a quote or service by calling us directly at (601) 951-6142.
Privacy of your phone number
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or mobile opt-in data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to provide you with the services you requested and the communications described above.
Supported carriers
SMS service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Promotional & Marketing Messages
This is a separate, optional opt-in. By checking the second consent box on our contact form ("Send me deals & seasonal offers"), you expressly agree that Jet Wash H2O may send you promotional and marketing text messages at the phone number you provided, including with the use of automated technology.
What you'll receive
If you opt in to promotional messages, we may send you texts about:
- Seasonal specials (e.g., spring house wash deals, fall driveway cleaning offers)
- Limited-time discounts on services
- Loyalty offers and repeat-customer pricing
- New service announcements
- Holiday or weather-related promotions
Message frequency
Promotional messages are sent up to approximately 4 times per month. Frequency may be lower during slower seasons.

Opting out of promotional messages does not opt you out of transactional messages about an active estimate or job (those are governed by the SMS & Phone Communications Consent above and have their own STOP keyword).

Your consent to receive promotional and marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Jet Wash H2O. You can request a quote, schedule service, or opt in to transactional quote messages without ever opting in to promotional messages. The two consent checkboxes on our contact form are completely independent — checking one does not check the other.

Terms of Service
Estimates & pricing
All estimates provided through this website are non-binding until confirmed in writing or by phone. Final pricing depends on the condition of the property, accessibility, surface area, and other factors assessed during in-person inspection.
Service availability
Jet Wash H2O serves Rankin County, Mississippi and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and route capacity.
Promotions
The "$50 off your first service" offer is available to first-time customers only and may not be combined with other discounts. Minimum service amounts may apply. Promotions may end without notice.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will return to address the issue or refund the affected portion of your payment, at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
Jet Wash H2O is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weathered or compromised surfaces, or damage that results from undisclosed property conditions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
